What do u do when ur doc wont help u with severe pain?

ok i was on vicodine and percocet for severe migraines fibro and diabetic neuropathy. my doc dropped me due to a cpl missed appts due to being in the ER. my new doc wont give me anything i hurt so bad most days all i want to do is stay in bed.. cant do tht have kids. so my q is who do i go to above her for some help?? any hlp appreciated.ive been off pain meds for over a yr now and feel very depressed and alot of pain i just need help.thnx
