Why are the anaylists for the NBA's start them sit them so stupid?

The correspondent for this says that you should sit Brandon Roy and Rudy Gay because they are only playing 2 times this week? Thats stupid, even if they play fewer games you might as well play them because they have good production. He also tells you to start players like Richard Hamilton and Wilson Chandler, but doesn't everyone already start these players in the first place? I don't get this guy.
