Hi,i am 32 yrs old n my weight is 85 kgs and height is 70 inches, iam non-veg,iam not able to lose weight?

i work as a team leader and instead of using bike i walk a lot around 4 to 5 kms per day,is that enough for a days exercise or should i do any other exercises and also i don't eat much and i also avoid fried and sweet foods pls help as i desperately want fo lose weight because i don't have time to exercise
