Help on a romance novel title!?

I am writing a story about this girl who spends her summer in Australia. While there, she meets this guy (no name yet) and falls in love. While there, she gets in an accident (either she gets in a car crash or almost drowns) and is in the ICU. So I was thinking maybe something like The Summer of Love, Hate, and Sheer Fate. Or The Summer of Me, You, and Kangaroos. But... Those sound kinda lame. So please tell me if they are good or make up a title below!! Please help! Thanks.
