How to find and count customer contacts in Excel.?

I have an excel spreadsheet that populates every time a client is logged in. It has the client names in H3:H5000. So for instance H3= 123 services LLc, H4= abc services, etc. I want a formula to go through and extrapolate each client name and the instances of that clients name, but I dont want an individual formula for each client. I know I can do countif and have the clients name, but way too many clients to do that. Is this possible?
