Grandparents rights in ohio?

I would doubt that the grandparents have any rights. If the father is giving up rights, why should the mother have to deal with his family? It would be a royal pain, and confusing for the child as she ages. She would be wondering why her grandparents want to see her but her Dad wants nothing to do with her. She's better off with her mother and to not see her paternal grandparents.
