Question about Ebays refund policy & handling a difficult buyer on Ebay. ?

E-Bay does not HAVE a refund policy. The SELLERS on E-Bay do. E-Bay is no more involved in the transaction that the owner of a flea market is when someone renting a booth sells something. They can stop renting the booth, but beyond that, E-Bay is no more involved than I am.
