Gentic Problem 6 points!!?

Hemophilia is a recessive gene located on the X chromosome. If both the father and the son are Hemophiliacs (xY) then the mother has to be a carrier (Xx) [heterozygous]. Approximately 50% of the daughters born could be expected to be Hemophilic because she could receive either the recessive (x) or the dominant (X) allele from the mother, but would have to recieve the recessive allele from the father.
