Any pork chop ideas for dinner?

Ok I have two erfly pork chops thawing for dinner but i am sick of the same old pork chops shake n bake or on the grill. Any ideas? The biggest problem is my husband is extremly picky. He doesnt like onions or mushrooms or most vegetables. I have a can of cream of ckn soup. Any ideas for that? Anything i could stuff them with other than the usual stuffing? I would like it to be easy Any help would be greatly apprecited thanks
