Is it possible to lose at least 30 lbs by May?
Well going to the gym 2 times a day might be a bit much for your body I would say go once 4 to 5 times a week and eat healthy also make sure you are drinking plenty of water but yes I would say 30 pounds by may can be done and in a healthy way too.
